Jeannine is a certified master colorist who specializes in multi-dimensional foil work, natural and rich one step colors and corrective color. Her fine art background gives her a deep understanding of proportion, design, undertones, and complimentary colors. She uses this knowledge to customize a cut and style that's just right for each person who sits in her chair. Jeannine loves to learn new cutting and color techniques and enjoys bringing the latest trends back to her clients. She loves to hear peoples stories and knows how important it is to listen to what a client would like his or her hair to look like. She has taught advanced color theory and application. She loves life and enjoys her family and friends and her new puppy. When she's not doing hair, she likes to write music and cook great natural, organic food for the people she loves. She is VERY excited about launching a new Organic color line at Salon Illusions in the very near future!

Pam Avis is the new owner of Salon Illusions. She was the former owner of Salon 300 for nine years. A graduate and a former teacher at Keefe Tech, Pam has over 30 years experience in the Cosmetology field. Pam specializes in cutting fine hair and uses a technique from a London based design center utilizing techniques that are new to this area. She can make your fine hair look full and give you a cut that will add volume and lift to flat, thin hair. Pam also specializes in color techniques that will fool even the professionals, giving the client luminescent color. She is married with two children and has been a longtime resident of Ashland.
Pam keeps current with all the latest styles, loves people and looks forward to bringing Salon Illusions a fresh perspective with new ideas. With over 15 years experience in the industry, Paula has committed herself to stay current on todays style and often travels to the best hair shows, classes and demonstrations.
A self described "people person" Paula truly enjoys being around others, Paula knows the importance of giving her clients what they need and want from their hair care routine.
She finds ways to create versatile styles that can transform easily from every day to elegant.
When Paula is not working behind the salon chair, she most enjoys family time. Paula is married to her high school sweetheart Scott Baccari, together they have 2 daughters, quite often you can find Paula coaching her daughters cheerleading teams, or volunteering at various activities here in Ashland. Paula's other interests include pageants. Paula along side of her life long friend, direct and produce local pageants. She also enjoys art shows, concerts and theater arts. "
